Meet Our Doctors in Phoenix, AZ

Dr. Destry Cook graduated from Western New Mexico University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology before earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU College of Dentistry in 2002. Following dental school, Dr. Cook served as Dental Director for Hidalgo Medical Services from 2002 to 2005, providing leadership in patient care and dental services to underserved communities in New Mexico.

In 2005, Dr. Cook relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, and established Central Valley Dentistry. Since 2012, Dr. Cook has owned and operated Carefree Smiles Dentistry, a large group dental practice with a strong commitment to advanced dental technology, high-quality patient care, and continued professional development.

Dedicated to staying at the forefront of modern dentistry, Dr. Cook regularly participates in continuing education through Spear Education and CDOCS. Additional advanced training includes  hands-on courses in composite veneers through Cosmedent in Chicago and an Associate Fellowship with the World Clinical Laser Institute.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Cook enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring a variety of outdoor activities. Family is an important part of life, with two children and one grandchild who also call the Phoenix area home.

Dr. Cook combines a strong educational foundation, extensive clinical experience, and a passion for innovation to provide exceptional dental care while continuing to advance the practice of modern dentistry.

Dr. Graydon Wyatt is a general dentist dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered dental care. He proudly offers all aspects of dentistry and strives to provide same-day treatment whenever possible, so patients can get the care they need without unnecessary delays.

Dr. Wyatt grew up in Amarillo, Texas. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry.

Outside the office, Dr. Wyatt is an avid college sports fan and enjoys traveling and staying active through fitness. He has been married to his wife, Madeline, since 2024, and the two share their home with their golden retriever, Bruin, and two rescue cats, Dixie and Belle.

Dr. Sirisha Vasireddy was born in North Canton, Ohio, and completed her undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!). Having seen her parents both have wonderful careers as dentists, she went on to achieve her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Midwestern University here in Glendale, Arizona.

Her favorite aspect of dentistry is the integration of technology with smile designs and minimally-invasive restorations. Dr. Vasireddy is an avid tennis player, traveler and music festival-goer.

Originally from Mansfield, Pennsylvania, Dr. Jourdyn Buckheit completed her Bachelors degree at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. She then went on to pursue dentistry at Midwestern University School of Dentistry in Glendale, Arizona, where she obtained her DMD.

In her free time, Dr. Buckheit enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis and pickleball, and exploring new hiking trails, cities and restaurants.
