Ally has been a valued part of our practice since 2009 and loves being part of a team that is dedicated to changing the world, one smile at a time.

Originally from Washington State, Ally has always had a love for the mountains, the water, and spending time outdoors. When she’s not at the office, you’ll most likely find her soaking up the sunshine, hiking, walking, or enjoying time with her family and friends.

Ally is married and the proud mom of two daughters. Between cheering on one daughter from the sidelines of competitive soccer and supporting the other in competitive gymnastics, she happily embraces life as both a soccer mom and a gym mom!

Whether she’s helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles or spending time with the people she loves most, Ally brings warmth, dedication, and a positive spirit to everything she does.

I’m an Arizona native and the baby of 13 kids, so family has always been a huge part of who I am. I love spending time with my kids and grandkids, staying active, and enjoying the simple things in life. I’m also known for my signature salsa and love cooking New Mexican food—it’s even better when I get to share it with family and friends!

Coming on board with Carefree Smiles has been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made. What makes it so special is that it truly feels like family. I’m grateful to be part of a team that supports, cares, and grows together.

Samm is an animal lover and proud pet mom to two dogs and one cat. She lives with her husband and 12-year-old stepson, who keep life busy and full of love. Before joining the dental team, Samm was actually a patient at the practice, where her own experience sparked a genuine passion for oral health and the confidence that comes with a healthy smile. She loves being part of patients’ journeys and helping them experience the transformation that a beautiful, healthy smile can bring.

I have been working in the dental field for five years and truly enjoy being part of a profession where I can help make a difference in people’s lives. I love getting to know our patients and being part of a team that provides a positive and comfortable dental experience.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, going fishing, and getting outdoors whenever I can. I love being surrounded by nature and making memories with the people I care about most.

Originally from the land of 10,000 lakes—Minnesota—Chelsie traded snow for sunshine and made the move to Arizona with her husband and two kids in search of warmer weather and new adventures! A dedicated dental hygienist since 2008, Chelsie is passionate about helping patients feel great about their smiles while making every visit a positive experience. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her exploring scenic hiking trails, traveling with her family, or simply soaking up that Arizona sun. Her warmth and energy make her a favorite with patients and teammates alike!

Christine is a Phoenix native and has been a dental hygienist since 2006. Passionate about dental care and serving others, she has volunteered with TeamSmile, Special Smiles for the Special Olympics, and Arizona Dental Missions, providing care to underserved communities locally and abroad. In 2025, she was honored with the Heart to Hands Award, recognizing her dedication to making a meaningful difference through dental care and service.

Christine’s philosophy is simple: “Love what you do.” She believes exceptional care begins with listening to her patients, earning their trust, and genuinely caring about their experience. Outside the office, Christine enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with family.

Originally from Highland, Indiana, Dana brings Midwestern charm and years of experience to our dental family! She’s been in the field since 2007, with a solid foundation built in Chicago—where she also met her husband—before trading in snow boots for sunshine and making Arizona home in 2014. Dana is all about creating real connections with patients and making every visit feel comfortable and uplifting. When she’s not perfecting smiles, she’s spending quality time with her husband and three kids, enjoying the outdoors, or hosting cozy get-togethers with friends. Bonus: she’s a talented baker and crafts the comfiest handmade blankets you’ve ever seen!

Born and raised in Arizona, Vanessa has been making smiles brighter as a dental hygienist since 2013. She’s passionate about creating a comfortable, positive experience for her patients while helping them feel confident about their oral health.

When she’s not in the office, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, getting out on the water paddleboarding, or putting her creative side to work with her latest 3D printing project. Always looking for something new to keep her busy, she’s also recently ventured into the world of real estate. Whether she’s caring for patients or diving into a new adventure, Vanessa brings plenty of energy, creativity, and a genuine love for people to everything she does.

Born and raised in sunny Arizona, Amber brings vibrant energy and a warm smile to our team every day! With over 5 years of experience in the dental field, she’s passionate about helping patients feel at ease and confident in their smiles. Outside the office, Amber is always up for an adventure—whether she’s traveling, attending concerts, camping, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Her adventurous spirit and genuine love for people make her an incredible part of our dental family!

I have been proudly working in the dental field for 15 years, with over 10 of those years dedicated to Carefree Smiles. I truly enjoy being part of a team that helps patients feel confident and cared for.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through hiking and going to the gym, but most importantly, I love spending quality time with my family. I also have my own permanent makeup business, which allows me to pursue my passion for beauty and creativity in my spare time.

Born and raised in Arizona, Erabella brings a warm personality, great energy, and a genuine passion for dentistry to every patient interaction. She is dedicated to creating a comfortable and positive experience for each patient and will always go above and beyond to ensure they feel informed, heard, and confident in their care.

With a passion for dentistry and a commitment to making a difference in her patients’ experiences, Erabella loves helping others feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of the office, Erabella enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and staying active by trying new and fun activities. She believes that building genuine connections and bringing positive energy into everything she does makes each day a little brighter.

Born and raised in sunny San Diego, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family, making memories, and enjoying fun-filled days on the water. Outside of work, she especially enjoys spending time with her kids, being outdoors, and off-road adventures with her family.

With 15+ years of experience in the dental field, Kayla brings a thoughtful blend of knowledge, compassion, and genuine care to every patient interaction. She takes pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable experience while building lasting relationships with the patients she serves.

Hi, my name is Teagan! I was born in Minnesota and raised in Arizona. As a dental assistant, I enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. I take pride in being detail-oriented and making sure each patient has a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
