New Patients

We want to start off by saying welcome to everyone learning about Carefree Smiles Dentistry for the first time! The dentists and support staff look forward to meeting you and your family as you continue your journey to long-term oral health and a smile you’re proud to show off. As new patients, we want to make sure that everyone is well-prepared for their upcoming dental visit. Below, you’ll find helpful information on necessary paperwork, financing options and what to expect from your first visit.

Your First Visit

After you arrive for your scheduled appointment, our concierge will welcome you to the dental office and get you set up with one of our hygienists. The hygienist will provide a complimentary evaluation, followed by a cleaning with time permitting. At the end of the appointment, one of our dentists will perform a complimentary exam, complete with a comprehensive overview of your teeth, gums, throat and other essential areas. Just make sure to schedule your six-month reminder appointment before you leave!

Learn More About Dental Insurance

Dental Financing

If you do not have dental insurance or your insurance does not cover certain aspects of your treatment, there are other methods to make paying for care easier. Our dental office works with third-party financing programs like CareCredit to help families and individuals get the dental care they need. By breaking your payments up into more manageable monthly chunks, you can pay for treatments over the span of several months, often with little to zero interest attached!

Apply for CareCredit

In-House Membership Plan

If you’re an independent entrepreneur, student, or another individual who finds it difficult to pay for dental insurance, Carefree Smiles Dentistry is offering an in-house dental plan that makes it easy to get the preventive treatments you need! By paying a flat rate, you can get basic treatments like checkups, cleanings, and x-rays when you need them. There are no deductibles to meet, no annual maximums and no insurance companies to answer to! While we cannot offer dental insurance, we can offer a membership plan that works for you.

Patient Forms

Part of becoming a new patient is filling out forms that tell us more about your medical history. This may include previous conditions you’ve had or currently have. It may also include medications you’re currently taking, which may be incredibly important depending on the treatments you end up pursuing. Once completed, simply hand them to our front desk concierge and wait to be seen by our hygienist. We’ll go over your paperwork in greater detail once you’re seen.
